Terms of Use

The operator is Aykut Silan, a natural person who lives in Poland. There is no company.

1. Parties, Acceptance, and Governing Law

These Terms of Use govern your access to the Fantasy Global / Global Fantasy Football website (globalfantasyfootball.com) and our iOS and Android apps (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Aykut Silan, a natural person residing in Poland (“Fantasy Global”, “we”, “us”), not by a company. A home address is not published; use the contact page for legal notices.

By creating an account, using the Service, or purchasing Premium, an entry fee, or a cash-prize feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without prejudice to the GDPR and mandatory consumer-protection rules. If you are a consumer in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you keep any non-waivable rights of your country of residence.

2. Description of Service and “As Is” Disclaimer

Fantasy Global is a fantasy football platform where users build virtual teams from real football data and compete in snake drafts, auctions, transfers, trades, cups, and league or pyramid competitions. It is offered on the web, iOS, and Android.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or timely access. The Service may be delayed or unavailable because of maintenance, faults, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

3. Sports Data, Scores, and Scoring Disclaimer

Live scores, squads, player statistics, injury or elimination status, club transfers, and similar match data come from third-party feeds (primarily API-Football / API-Sports) and public sources (including Transfermarkt scraping). Your points depend on that data and on your league’s scoring system (GFF, Standard, or a custom configuration).

• We are not liable for data errors, latency, missing events, wrong player IDs, delayed corrections, or feed outages.
• Live or provisional points may not be final. Official league scoring is based on the records we process and the rules of that league.
• We have no obligation to compensate missed transfers, wrong captain points, incorrect eliminations, or prize outcomes caused by third-party data errors. If we find a material error, we may try to correct it; that is not a guarantee.
• The Service is not an official product of any league, federation, club, or tournament.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

• An account requires an email address, username, name, team name, and password. We do not offer social login (Google, Sign in with Apple, or similar).
• The Service is not directed to anyone under 16. Cash-prize, entry-fee, and payout features are for users aged 18 or older who are legally allowed to take part in their jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for all activity on your account.
• One natural person per account. Multi-accounting, bot accounts, or using someone else’s account without permission is prohibited.
• You may delete your account from Profile > Delete Account by entering your password and typing DELETE. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

5. User Conduct and Moderation

You agree to use the Service in line with the law and league rules. The following are strictly prohibited. We have absolute discretion to warn, suspend, remove from a league, cancel a prize, or permanently terminate an account that violates these rules.

• Cheating, collusion, manipulation of scoring or drafts, unfair automation, or exploiting bugs.
• Multi-accounting, impersonation, or abusing store or payment systems.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized API access, reselling the Service, or disrupting it with abusive load.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, obscenity, spam, or illegal content in chat, direct messages, league or team names, or logos.
• Sharing another user’s personal data without permission.
• Violating cash-prize or entry-fee rules, or Stripe, Apple, or Google payment rules.

6. User Content

You are responsible for league names, team names, logos, chat, direct messages, suggestions, and bug-report content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host and use that content to operate the Service, preserve league history, maintain security, and respond to legal requests. We may remove content or close accounts.

7. Intellectual Property and No Affiliation

The software, design, copy, scoring systems, and brands Fantasy Global and Global Fantasy Football belong to us or our licensors.

Player names, club names, crests, fixtures, and statistics are used only for informational and descriptive purposes as factual game data, including under nominative fair use where that doctrine applies. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League, LaLiga, the Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, the Süper Lig, CONMEBOL, or any club, national team, or player. All trademarks remain the property of their owners.

8. Premium Subscriptions and App Store Purchases

Premium unlocks extra features for a stated term (for example custom logo uploads and other advertised benefits). The purchase channel determines how your entitlement is sourced.

• Web: monthly or yearly subscription through Stripe Checkout. Card data stays with Stripe. Management and cancellation, subject to your statutory rights, are handled through your web account and Stripe’s customer portal or support.
• iOS: App Store in-app purchase. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple account and auto-renew. Cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Apple’s licensed application end-user licence applies: Apple Standard EULA.
• Android: Premium is purchased through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions are managed in your Google account and auto-renew. Cancel in Play Store > Payments & subscriptions. Cancel Stripe-billed Premium from your web account.
• We do not guarantee that the same Premium entitlement will transfer across store accounts. Restore works when the relevant store receipt verifies.
• Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds follow the rules of the channel you used (Stripe, Apple, or Google) and any mandatory consumer-law rights. Where allowed, withdrawal rights may be limited once digital content performance has begun.
• In-app digital subscriptions follow the relevant store rules. Cash-prize entry fees and prize payouts are not in-app purchases; they run on the web through Stripe. The Android Play Store app does not offer cash-prize leagues or entry-fee payments.

9. Cash-Prize Leagues, Entry Fees, and Payouts

Some leagues and pyramid or official-league structures optionally collect a cash entry fee and hold a prize pool. These features are unavailable where prohibited. By taking part you represent that:

• You are 18 or older and legally allowed to join skill-based contests of this kind where you live. We do not offer the Service as gambling, betting, or a game of chance; outcomes depend on fantasy team management and real match statistics. The feature may still be restricted in some countries. You are responsible for your own legal eligibility.
• Entry fees are collected or authorized (held) through Stripe until the season can start. The typical platform fee is 15% (1,500 basis points); the rest goes to the prize pool. The fee may differ if a league’s published settings say so.
• Leaving a league after the draft or season has started does not entitle you to a refund unless that league’s rules say otherwise. If a league is cancelled, authorized fees may be refunded.
• Prize payouts depend on Stripe Connect identity verification, accurate bank details, completion of the league, and our approval. If verification is not completed, payment may be delayed or impossible.
• You are responsible for taxes on winnings. Bank, FX, or Stripe fees may reduce the net amount. A payout is not a guaranteed gambling win; scoring depends on third-party data.
• We may cancel a prize, retain an entry fee, and close an account in cases of fraud, cheating, multi-accounting, or rule violations.

10. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, league rules, or the law, with immediate effect where appropriate. You may delete your account from Profile. Deletion removes sign-in access and anonymizes your profile as described in the Privacy Policy; league and billing records may remain as needed. Paid fees are not refunded except where mandatory law requires it.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law: (a) we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages; (b) our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or EUR 50 if you paid no fees). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including intent or gross negligence, or to non-waivable consumer rights.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify the operator (the natural person in Poland who runs the Service) against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the Service, your content, your cash-prize participation, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing in court, notify us in writing through the contact form and try to resolve the dispute in good faith for 30 days. Your notice must include the email on the account and a summary of the claim.

After that process, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Poland. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence in the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom, and you do not lose non-waivable consumer rights.

US-style mandatory arbitration and class-action waivers do not apply. Small-claims and consumer-dispute routes remain available where allowed. Either party may seek interim injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property or account-security harm.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date is published on this page. For material changes we will try to give reasonable notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, delete your account and stop using the Service.

15. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A waiver is effective only in writing. You may not assign the Service; we may assign this agreement to a successor who takes over the Service.

Apple: if you download the iOS app from the App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its support; we are. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for iOS users. If you download from Google Play, Google’s Play terms also apply.
